My father was there for 6 months. He got out one night in February -16 that night. They never called me to tell me he got out. He was in nothing but a pair of underwear. We went to see him the following day, found bruises on him along with scrapes. I asked them what happened they lied and said nothing did. I waited till Joella the owner got back from her cruise questioned her and she knew nothing! The alarm from Rampart was disconnected on the one exit door at bottom of his bed. My father was later diagnosed with pneumonia, no doctor was brought in to see him. I found that out 2 months later when he passed away from the pneumonia. I sat outside one night in my car and watched them as they mistreated a 90 year old man. I went in immediately and told them I saw what they did. I was told by the aid to shut my mouth if i knew what was good for me. I started searching for another home for my father but he died b4 finding one. That place is horrible, it needs shut down.

Terrible place.dont put your loved one in this place.under staffed.bedsores.people are not being taken to doctors or even being seen by one.one person caring for up to 20 patients by his or herself. Doors are not allowed to be locked at night to keep our lovedones safe.i would put my dog in these places owned by this person.
