LEGACY RESERVE AT OLD TOWN

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Legacy Reserve at Old Town! From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth and genuine care throughout the entire community. The customer service is truly beyond reproach — every team member goes above and beyond to make residents and families feel welcomed, valued, and supported. What sets Legacy Reserve apart is how intentional they are about making every person feel loved, seen, and heard. It’s not just about providing services — it’s about building relationships, creating meaningful experiences, and fostering a true sense of belonging. The community as a whole operates with excellence, compassion, and professionalism. This where I want to live when I grow up. The services. The amenities. The staff. An all around absolutely amazing place. They offer so many amenities like a theater, a bar and game area, a cozy library area, a bistro, and so much more. The food is wonderful! The residents are so much fun! Also a partner with the Columbus River Dragons and the players come and play bingo with the residents. Such a wonderful place to live out your best years!

I’ve been a resident for 5 years. Great place to live…safe, staff loves us. Not happy about rent increase. Food is acceptable most of the time. There are areas called “comman area” on each floor that are never used or used very infrequently. Seems like wasted space to me. Would be useful to be able to reduce the lights at night to help the electric bill . Over all I’m glad I chose Legacy as my final home.

I have been at Legacy Reserve for almost one year. I was wheelchair confined at first but now enjoy independent living. The staff is friendly and always makes safety a priority. The activities offer something for everyone and outings are varied and take sdvantage of Columbus cultural offerings. Everyone knows your name here and EVERY DAY IS A GOOD DAY! So important. I’m glad I’m here.

We absolutely love Legacy Reserve at old town. This community is all inclusive. They have three dining venues, one of them being a Bar. They also have a heated indoor saltwater pool, a gym, a theater, a hair salon, and a library and then out on the terrace they have a putting green once you move here you have no reason to want to go anywhere else.
