My mother recently moved into the Bellevue Village at Neese Rd Memory Care unit. The process was extremely efficient and easy and the staff was outstanding. Everything from the initial tour, to the support during the move, and ultimately how they work with my mother to provide her care and ensure her comfort. I feel tremendously lucky to have found Bellevue Village at Neese Rd for my mother's long-term living and care. The community is clean and bright, with welcoming staff and fun events. The rooms are spacious and flexible. Finally, my mother is also happy with her new living space and enjoying her experience.

I relocated my Mom from one memory care facility to Bellevue. I was worried about the move and how my Mom would do. The entire staff was so helpful during the transition and most important made my Mom feel welcome.

- Med Tech Issues, meds not properly given All the staff and caregivers have been great and responsive. However, I have to sadly give a low rating because my mom’s health also lies in the hands of the med tech. Her meds aren’t being given properly and when questioned last night I was told by state law they can be given 1 hr before or after the time due. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work with specific meds. I was then told to reach out to Lori instead of addressing the problem as I was told the delay of giving the meds at the proper time was due to training someone else. This person also went on to override my request to allow 30 min that is needed before eating. The food was then delivered to my mom prior before she should eat. All need to be aware that medications aren’t being administered here as prescribed and they’re taking liberties based upon what they think is ok. Please watch over anyone that you know here! I’ll provide an update once I receive a response back from the staff as they wouldn’t discuss the issue with me on 9/22/25

My aunt has been living here for over two years and we are thankful everyday for the staff. There was a rough patch at the community during some changes over a year ago, however, the care was always present. The team there now is excellent and their passion for seniors really shows. Cynthia, Executive Director, is very communicative. Very beautiful and clean community.

With a lot of disappointment and sadness our experience with Bellevue has been very challenging due to how often they have mismanaged my sisters medication. On one occasion a med tech tried to get her to take medication prescribed for another resident. On more than one occasion they forgot to get her prescription filled for her and recently it was decided that our family would need to remind them to fill the prescription each month sense they did not have protocol in place to do so themselves. My sisters medication is often brought to her well past the time it is due. Last night they lost the keys to the medication cart and substituted medication without family approval. The keys were not located until the following morning. I would have thought all lead staff would have come in to locate the missing keys to a med cart with controlled substances in it. That was not the case. And there were no back up keys. Who is to be held accountable for this frightening oversight? These are dependent men and women that have put their trust in the leadership at Bellevue to care for them and provide safe medication management. This is becoming quite overwhelming and completely unacceptable. Who can we contact to get help?
