Legacy Village of Cleveland

Thank You Legacy for taking care of our mom these last few years. She truly appreciated your efforts to keep her comfortable and tended to. Your awesome staff kept her engaged and she never felt alone. She just passed away this week and we are all so thankful as she was 'at home' there with you all. Blessings and keep up the great work!!

Legacy Village is an excellent facility with a loving, compassionate staff that cares for everyone like family. We love it!!

My Dad has resided there for close to a year and the love that he feels from the staff is very emotional for him. Through my visits I can see what he means and feels. Recently I had a fall up the street minutes before I got to Legacy and I was treated by the front desk person (I think Audria) so sincerely caring. She called one of the nurses that came to the lobby and took time out of her busy schedule to bandage up my scrapes with such care. They are what makes the atmosphere such a loving place that you can feel it when you enter Legacy. All the staff there leaves a comforting feeling for not only the residents, but for the family and friends of their loved ones that are now residing at Legacy. I say thank you Legacy for your love and caring!

Legacy Village has been a gift from God to our family. My 94 year old aunt Joyce needed memory help in assisted living. After visiting we knew Legacy would meet her needs. She loved her apartment and her caregivers. The staff at Legacy is outstanding, they are our new family! Every staff member at Legacy greets us with a smile and are available to answer questions and assist in every way. They all greet Joyce with a personal hello and talk to her as if she is their aunt or grandmother. The transition from her home to assisted living made our us nervous, but it has been nothing short of a miracle. We are very pleased with Legacy Village and highly recommend them! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I fell and broke my shoulder and my two sons looked for a place for me to stay, and found Legacy Village. They brought me by for approval, and I thought this was a lovely place. I have been here since March 11, 2019, and I have continued to be of the same opinion. It is very clean, and has very good amenities with housekeeping, laundry, and food service. There are nurses to meet our needs, and also a physician on site weekly. We have a weekly lunch bunch and people who come in frequently to entertain. I am very happy here at Legacy Village and I invite others to come by and check us out.
