Wonderful facility for Residents and Staff. Everyone is like a family. Residents are cared for and supported.

This is the worst nursing home in the state. How it hasn't been shut down I don't understand. Send your loved ones here if you want them abused.

My grandson is a resident there and and can only get water via his bathroom sink. They don’t have housekeeping so this is disgusting. He is sick and one of his roommates threw up in the sink. He had to get water from this vomit splattered sink. They have no water fountains or access to other water. He says everyone gets their water that way and everyone is responsible for their own housekeeping. I had no idea! I asked how long had he been getting his water from the bathroom and he said always. HE’S BEEN THERE FOR OVER FIVE YEARS!!!! I only found out today because I told him to stay hydrated due the the diarrhea he had and he went into the bathroom (while on FaceTime) to get it. OMG!!

My girlfriend has been here for over a year now and they keep doing everything to keep her from being released. Won’t transport her for her court date or make it super difficult to get anything done to get released. Terrible facility.

My Mother has been there for just over 3 years. Whenever I call I can NEVER talk to my mom. I'm lucky anyone answers the phone and that's after trying for 3 days. They have let whoever put themselves on her paperwork for being the contact person in case of an emergency. I'm her only Family that has anything to do with her. Not one time have they contacted me about anything to do with my Mom. After traveling 3 hrs to see her they wouldn't let me see her due to visiting hrs, where over...didn't care how far I drove. She has never been out of that place unless she was admitted to the hospital. Drs even come there so they dont leave. They dont offer help either so I can get her moved closer to me!!
