Lexington Sq LC Lombard, LLC

My father moved into Lexington Square a few years ago and has found a wonderful community of friends in retirement. The activities, dining and swimming pool are his favorites. The staff continues to be wonderful and we know our father is well taken care of! The wonderful staff supported our family from day one and continue to do amazing work. Very grateful our father has a safe place to enjoy his retirement as his health needs change over time.

The nursing staff on the 3rd floor would greatly benefit from improving their professionalism. Professionalism is more than completing tasks — it’s about respect, communication, and showing genuine care toward patients and families and STAFF Unfortunately, I witnessed behaviors that came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which can seriously affect patient & Staff trust and comfort. I hope the staff takes this feedback as an opportunity to reflect and raise their standards, because patients deserve to feel they are in capable and compassionate hands of the “nurses” that’s been there many years.

I am so happy my in-laws found Lexington Square. They have a lovely independent living apartment and have found a community of friends to share meals and time together. We now have to work around their social schedule between bingo, special entertainment events and outings. Our family loves to visit and participate in the holiday and other special events. There is always something fun going on there. The residents and staff are so friendly and welcoming and we always feel right at home. We had high expectations and they have exceeded them!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lexington Square in Lombard. My mother, Elaine Kost, lived in Assisted Living after Rehab and she received the best care. All staff and residents are so welcoming and friendly. The staff are very well trained and were very attentive to her. We wish we had moved her there sooner. Lexington Square is a very special place.

I just wanted to say few works about the love and care Lexington Square of Lombard my Uncle Charles Janda was given by the staff - including the nurses, helpers, cleaning staff, PT, Doctors, maintenance and dining staff. Over the last 6+ years my uncle was given amazing care and affection by all of the LS team. Chuck really felt loved and cared for over the years. I personally experienced this level of consistent care by the staff. Bristol Hospice was also instrumental in his care over the last 1 year well. Thanks for all you do. Chuck's Nephew Jim.
