The Roosevelt at Salt Creek is truly a wonderful place! The staff are kind, attentive, and incredibly supportive. Bill and Dariela went above and beyond to help our parents get settled into their new homes, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The facilities are beautiful and well-maintained, with a wide variety of activities for everyone to enjoy. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and highly recommend The Roosevelt at Salt Creek.

A very timely and positive update! - We are moving my mother into Roosevelt at Salt Creek at the end of this month, thanks to the wonderful job William Hickey did to answer all of our questions and get things squared away in an efficient and friendly manner. The apartment looks spacious and amazing and has all the amenities you could wish for - we can't wait for her to get all settled in and enjoy all that the community has to offer. The common areas (dining room, lobby, etc.) also look fantastic due to the total renovation - looks like a fancy hotel! I cannot say enough good things about how William was able to accommodate my mother's questions/requests - he always sounds relaxed and has everything under control. He also is very accessible and is prompt with follow-up items. This has been a great experience so far!

Recently moved my 92 year old mother into memory care at the Roosevelt. She had been at another facility that just wasn’t meeting her needs. 3 years ago we moved her into independent living and she then moved to assisted living and now memory care as her needs evolved . I only wish The Roosevelt was an option then. My experience has been incredible every step of the way. From my first contact and every interaction since has exceeded my expectations based on experiences at other facilities. My mother is smiling again and tells everyone she’s sees how nice the people are and how she’s doing activities she hasn’t done in years. From management to caretakers, nurses,activities ,maintenance , the food,is all exceptional. Exceeding my hopes and expectations for the care of my mom. I wish the Roosevelt was an option when I moved my mom into independent living 3 years ago. From what I have seen whether you’re looking for Independent living, assisted living or memory care you cannot go wrong at The Roosevelt at Salt Creek in my opinion it is by far and away the best value and environment in the area.

Bill Hickey was extremely helpful, thorough with his information, patient with my elderly parents and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The Roosevelt at Salt Creek is going to be absolutely stunning with all new amenities, great resources, and a perfect location. Although my parents decided to stay in their current home for a bit longer, I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking.

We recently moved my mom into The Roosevelt at Salt Creek, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to making residents feel at home. The community is well-maintained, and my mom has already started participating in many of the activities, which has helped her settle in so comfortably. The upcoming renovations are exciting —I’ve seen the plans, and the community is going to look absolutely gorgeous! The apartments are really nice, great amenities and the closet and bathrooms are beautiful. We considered other communities, but the renovations were an important aspect to my mom’s decision to live here. A special shoutout to Hilary in sales, who has been absolutely fabulous throughout the entire process. She’s gone above and beyond to make this transition smooth for my mom, and my family. We’re so grateful for the positive impact The Roosevelt has had on my mom’s well-being, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vibrant senior living community for a family member.
