There aren't enough kind words in the English dictionary to describe how wonderful of a facility Lincolnshire is! John (the director), Kathy (head of nursing), Kristy (activities director) and all of the nurses, CNAs and supporting staff - the Giffin family will be forever grateful for the amazing care you provided Dianne and Pat. They will go above and beyond to make any accomodations requested. Lincolnshire is truly a family atmosphere. Do not hesitate to join their family!

Lincolnshire is a HOME! A loving facility! I know how important reviews are, and how stressful it is to find ANYONE loving that will care for your loved one with dementia. Look no further. We placed my father here and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!!!! ( given the chance, he passed) prior to Covid, I was there all the time. I am also a nurse by trade so i can appreciate the level of care needed for this population. I am so appreciative of EVERYONE there. And I mean everyone! It is clean and activities are plentiful, the setting is very much like a home, not a facility! My father was loved by the people serving food and cleaning his room..The nurses always called me when anything was going on, that communication made me at peace. Seeing how the CNAs, nurses, activity directors, and the director Tina cared for my father was WONDERFUL!!!!! They did what I couldn’t do.. and they we so gentle with my father. He loved it there, I loved him being there.. I didn’t have to worry about him. My eyes were really opened the week he was on hospice. I was blown away watching how much he was really loved there..and I can’t speak enough about the group of people they found to work there.. and to most of them it’s not a job.. but their calling.. I thank everyone, including the owners, who are also wonderful! I hope this helps guide your decision..

My parents have been residents since February. Tina, community director, and the staff are excellent. My parents were at another facility prior and were living in filth and treated like children during covid. The lack of care and respect was disappointing. Tina and the staff at Lincolnshire treat my parents like family. They care for them, love on them and treat my sister and I the same. They listen to our concerns and act on them right away. They are clean, fed and respected. The activity director, Laura is also outstanding. I would highly recommend.

My mom was at Lincolnshire for 4 years. She was cared for like she was their own mom. Tina manages her staff to be caring, and loving to all the residents. My mom thrived at Lincolnshire, made friends, and enjoyed the many activities.

My father was a resident of Lincolnshire Place for 8 years. He was always loved and well cared for. Tina Thompson, Community Director, ran a tight ship and when Covid hit, she as well as the rest of my Lincolnshire family excelled under the most stressful and heart wrenching conditions. True heroes. Taking care of memory impaired residents requires a team approach with strong...but loving leadership. I don't know what I would have done without them. If I could give 6 stars I would.
