Finding the right home for my uncle was a top priority for our family, and we are so grateful we found Coral Plaza. Tatiana was instrumental in this process. She was awesome and went out of her way to find the absolute best accommodation to suit my uncle's needs and budget. Her expertise and warm personality turned a stressful situation into a seamless transition. My uncle has settled in beautifully and is truly happy at Coral Plaza. Coral Plaza is an outstanding facility with a genuine commitment to providing a high-quality lifestyle and nurturing environment for its residents. The nursing staff are caring, attentive, and consistently communicative with both residents and their families. Ms. Tatiana, the Marketing Director, plays a key role in ensuring residents and their families feel supported, heard, and satisfied with both the quality of care and the overall lifestyle provided. This level of attention and follow-through gives our family confidence and peace of mind knowing my mother is receiving excellent care. We couldn’t be more pleased with Coral Plaza and we thank them for all of their efforts.

My grandmother has been a resident at Coral Plaza for almost 4 years. Due to her dementia diagnosis she lives in the memory care unit. It’s a tough decision when putting a loved one into a facility, but I am confident with where she’s at. I’ve seen firsthand the attention and care that the nurses and aids and the administration has for their patients, especially those in memory care that need constant supervision. In general, not a lot of people know how to handle someone with dementia but, I think the staff there are very experienced and knowledgeable in behaviors and handling the sudden outbursts that they may have. The facility itself is kept clean, there’s usually always music playing and some dancing or a little event going on for the residents. When my mom and I come to visit, we’re always greeted so nicely. My grandmother has several nurses come and say hello to her. I think it’s important to note that the communication there has always been good. If my grandmother needs something I’m informed about it, and vice versa. There’s been a few times when I’ve had no idea about certain things, when it comes to insurance or Medicaid and I was able to get help with that from administration (Ms.Ruth and Ms.Jennifer were big helps with that). So many of the staff have been lovely and patient to my little family. This facility is worth looking into.

Yesterday will have been my one month anniversary of moving into Coral Plaza and I couldn’t be any more happy and grateful. Everybody from the front desk, administration, maintenance, nursing and culinary, plus activities is top notch. A special thank you to Tatiana for making me aware that there are places like this that exist and the residents wellbeing comes first and foremost.

We have had a wonderful experience at Coral Plaza. Our mom has been here over a year. There are so many friendly people. The vibe is lively and the staff is always there for anything you need. Since meeting Tatiana, the admissions director we knew we would be in good hands. She is truly wonderful and we have no complaints.
