I had an apt with A Kayla Schafer this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with Swope. I’ve been coming here on and off since I was 18 and I’m 34. She not only treated me like I was just a number but didn’t adhere to my medical needs. She was dismissive she judged me and walked out without asking if I had any questions or concerns. She wasn’t friendly she almost blamed me for what I was being seen for. The triage nurse was so helpful and understanding. She wasn’t friendly in disbelief when I told her what had transpired during my appointment. I ended up filing a complaint in writing and through the complaint line. I would not recommend Kayla of you are visiting the Women’s clink at this location. Just because majority of their clients are working class and under doesnt mean we don’t deserve top tier customer service when dealing with our bodies and health. I am currently waiting for them to review my complaint and see how they handle it from here. Worst experience ever.

GREAT PLACE!!!! Mini-mall of HealthCare! Dental, Vision, Behavioral Health (Adult & Children), Lab, Outreach has laundry and showers, Pharmacy, Well Woman Center.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I was seen over a week ago where the nurse practitioner "sent" over my script to the pharmacy there and NEVER sent a prescription. Since then I have called every single day to try to get this figured out and came in person and everyone's giving me the run around telling me a manger will call me back. Nobody's called me back. I don't even know what to do at this point. I wasted my time even coming here.

This facility saved my life! The staff are very accommodating & genuinely care about your over all well being! They have no age discrimination, they care about all of God's childen young & old! So if your looking for your forever health care place , I'll just say this ; There's no place like home! I'm grateful to have found mine here! You can too! You just have to take the first step

I love the renovations they are doing here at the Central location! Things are more modernized and the seating is Way more comfortable than what it used to be in the lobby area. The vision dept has expanded and moved but I'm wondering where is the wall full of glass frames? A drive thru pharmacy is open until 4:30pm and fairly quicker than CVS.
