LODGE, THE

My dad was at. the Lodge for almost year, until his passing. The staff and Leigh, the owner were always accommodating. My dad was very happy to there. My siblings and I felt that dad was safe and taken care of.

My father was living there for 10 months before he passed away. He loved the staff and looked forward to their loving and caring interactions. He knew he was safe and treated with dignity and respect.

The Lodge is very clean and the meals provided for the residents are excellent. The staff is very caring and professional. My Dad always said they sure are good to me here. They were always very welcoming to my family and kind. Thanks so much for caring for my Dad and helping him feel safe and his needs met.

Leah and her staff have provided excellent care of my 96 year old farmer Dad. Someone who was opposed to leaving the home he lived in for almost 75 years, he soon called The Lodge his home. After living alone for several years, he loves having 3 home cooked meals every day, tending to his laundry and help when he needs it. We sleep much better knowing he has help when he needs it and gets the nutrition he needs. His medical care from Dr. Kevin Frazer is the best! Dad enjoys his new found friends and when we take him for a drive to the farm, he is always anxious to return to his new home. As an experienced RN of 40 years, and a past case management director, I wholeheartedly recommend The Lodge.

The younger staff could use a ton more training from the older staff, place was nice not bad smelling, some rooms were without heat during the winter, which is never good for elderly or anyone for that fact, less smoke breaks from the higher ups and more work being done could turn this place a around quickly!!!!
