This is the mold infested refrigerator unit they keep ur tenders and shrimp in. Over priced and needs to get shut down. They feed there elderly rubber bands for noodles. Don't trust ur loved ones to be treated poorly and over charged

Michelle was my tour guide on my visit and she was outstanding! Very knowledgeable of the facility, as expected, however also familiar with all of the residents, by first name, that we passed during the tour. A lot of the staff have been there for a very long time and that speaks volumes about the facility. They are definitely in our top two as far as facilities we are considering for my parents. Excellent experience!

We moved our mom to Lombard place after she had been at a different facility for 3 years. Our family can’t believe the difference in care between the old place our mom was at and Lombard place. You will notice it right when you walk in the doors. You are greeted warmly right away. Our family is helped up to the memory care floor. On the memory care floor every person I have encountered has gone above and beyond to make sure that our mom, and us if we are visiting, has everything needed. Our mom is so much happier at her new home at Lombard pace.

We had to move our father here in Sept of 23. He was not to happy at first. But after an adjustment month it turned out to be the best place for him. He became a social butterfly, talking with all the great staff, and fellow residents. He received excellent care from the staff. My father made it only one year here before he passed away, I can honestly say it was great last year for him.

When the moment came to bring our mother to an assisted living facility..the number of facilities out there was daunting. What became very clear early on is that there are only but a few that presented the quality and care that we were seeking. And of those few, Lombard Place was clearly the best choice for Mom. The staff, from the administrators to the daily care givers were beyond welcoming at the start and their desire to ensure Mom’s happiness and quality of life endured throughout Moms’ residency. The piece of mind we gained by knowing that Mom was in a beautiful and caring facility was priceless. The community atmosphere fostered by the compassionate staff made Lombard Place the ideal facility for our mother and should be at the top of the list for those seeking an assisted living location.
