MADISON ASSISTED LIVING, INC (THE)

This is a gorgeous Assisted Living Community in the most charming town, but what makes it so special are the people. The owner and management are present daily (which is unheard of), the Care Staff are devoted and kind, the team in the kitchen keeps everyone extremely well-fed, and it's always clean and smells great! The residents of this community are so happy - which is clear from the smiles on their faces every time I'm there! Mr. Pat takes wonderful care of the residents and his staff.

The Madison Assisted Living is the most beautiful senior living community I've ever toured. The Staff are well trained and very professional. They take the time to learn every resident personally, and cater to their individual likes and dietary needs. The location is perfect as it is walking distance to a local eatery, The Chophouse, as well as many nice family owned shops. They also have a beautiful Courtyard outback. The rooms are much more spacious than others we had toured. I am so relieved to have found a place where I know my mother will be well taken care of and cared about.

I toured them all. Needed a *special* place for my loved one. Not a place I could drop and forget and not a place where they were a number on the profit line of some balance sheet We accidently came here. It was a Good thing! Alicia has hired the kindest and caringsoles this side of heaven. My mom went from being hospitalized every other week to mostly independent and no hospital visits in months. There goal is to get them to be their optimal selves. They are no number, they are a person with their own individuality and are treated as such. Thank you to Alicia, Cat, Jessica, Angela, Taurus, and the countless people at this excellent establishment for the 150% you put in for our loved ones as if they're your own! I'll scream from the rooftops! Do not make such an important decision u til you've checked out The Madison in downtown Madison. They are new, but are the best!
