Our mother has been at Madison Heights for a few months now and loves it. The staff is wonderful and attentive to her needs. We are so pleased that we found a safe place for her.

My mother was there 2 years ago. Absolute WORST place that you can have your family! Her hip was broken, with no known cause, and she died 4 days later. The owner could care less about your family member, he made that very clear after my mothers incident. It was a a battle to get any information after her death and the owner and DON were extremely rude and nasty. That place shouldn’t be responsible for any dependant vulnerable adult, EVER!

My mother is well cared for by the entire staff. I have full faith knowing her needs are being met. I love the activities that are provided for the residents. Elvis is always my mom’s favorite! My mom is happy and healthy and that’s all I can ask for at this point of her life. I am so thankful that I found Madison Heights. The small resident to care giver ratio allows my mom to have the individual care she needs. I would highly recommend Madison Heights to anyone with a loved one with cognitive impairments.

Excellent Memory Care Home! They do their best to keep your loved one fed, well treated, and entertained. They do things with the residents. Field trips, petting zoos, music, dancing, going out to eat. The cost is lower than most memory care homes and I feel like they get the best treatment. The staff are all really nice and patient. Also, most of them have been there since they opened like 10 years ago. That speaks volumes! The staff cares about the residents. I can not recommend Madison Heights enough.

My mother, who will be 90 next month, has been in a fairly rapid decline for a couple of years. She was told she could not return to a previous facility when leaving rehab and we were quickly looking for another place for her to be. From the moment we talked with Marcus, I felt a peace about her being here, and they have never disappointed! She can be difficult at times, but Madison Heights has never been anything but encouraging to us and to her. They are continually looking for new and better ways to handle her dementia and deteriorating physical condition, suggesting hospice to help us navigate her ever-changing condition, and always sending us pictures of any activity she will participate in. She has even become a “star” on Facebook! Madison Heights is not only a huge answer to prayer, but something myself and her family are grateful for every day! We are so blessed to call them “home” for her!!
