10 stars for Kelela! I cannot say enough positive things about the support we received from this Kelela during my father’s transition into senior living after living in his home for 65 years. This process was difficult and overwhelming for him, but she made the entire process feel manageable and was compassionate from the very beginning. What truly stands out is Kelela's genuine kindness and patience. She consistently went out of her way to answer questions and even connected my 96 year old father's Alexa. It was clear that she was not simply doing a job — she truly cares about the people she helps and treats residents and their family members with warmth and dignity. Knowing that someone with such a caring character is involved in my father’s care provides tremendous peace of mind since I live across the country and cannot be here consistently. I am deeply grateful for everything Kelela has done. She's fantastic!

I’m so thankful for The Madison! We moved my, almost 90 year old, grandma into the Independent Living community almost 1 year ago and it’s been the best decision we made for her. Shes so happy here!! She feels loved everyday & has so much fun! She didn’t realize she could make such good, new friends at her age! Special thanks to Keleala, Christie & Willie - she raves about these employees!

The Madison is really good with the exception of the dining experience. It seems we have a shortage of staff and often run out of the dinner specials and other food items. While sometimes the food is cooked excellently, at other times it is so overcooked it is not edible. The wait staff has really nice people and two are exceptional, Kristi who is often breakfast, and Rodney who is just the best! Others would be good if someone like Rodney would teach them how to do the job.

I have been living at the Madison for nearly two years. I would like to give Kelela kudos for always being there for me. She does a wonderful job of organizing and making seasonal decorations enjoyable. I am a retired veteran and always appreciate the effort she makes to highlight veteran events.

We couldn’t be more grateful for Kelela at The Madison Senior Living. My father moved in this past July, and from day one, Kelela has gone above and beyond in every possible way. Her dedication to his health, her genuine care, and the strong sense of community she helps create truly stand out. It’s clear that Kelela doesn’t just do her job — she truly loves what she does, and more importantly, she truly loves the residents. I can see the warmth, respect, and kindness she shows my father every day, and that brings our family incredible peace of mind. We feel very confident in our decision to move him to The Madison, and much of that confidence comes from the exceptional care and compassion Kelela provides. She is truly a blessing, and we are so thankful for her.
