My mother was living at Magnolia Estate when it was purchased by The Grove Senior Living and fully renovated with updated processes, food, and end-of-life care. The transformation was remarkable. The Grove is a beautiful, peaceful assisted living community where my mom truly loved residing. The caregivers and all employees are exemplary—they consistently exceeded my expectations. I don’t recall a single visit where staff weren’t checking in on her multiple times, always attentive to her well-being. Food & Cleanliness: Outstanding in every way. Meals were delicious, and the facility was spotless. Community Feel: Warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The artwork and furnishings created a serene environment I never grew tired of admiring. Activities: Well-planned and engaging. My mother especially loved the weekly van rides to restaurants, stores, adventures, and sightseeing (special thanks to Phil!). The Grove gave my family peace of mind knowing Mom was happy and cared for. The most meaningful service, however, was their end-of-life care. When Mom needed hospice, the transition was seamless. She didn’t have to move to another facility or even another room. Hospice nurses worked hand-in-hand with The Grove caregivers to provide comfort and dignity. When she passed, the staff cried with us. That compassion is something I will never forget. As her oldest daughter, I can honestly say I would choose The Grove for myself when the time comes. Based on my personal experience, I wholeheartedly recommend The Grove Senior Living to anyone seeking assisted living for themselves or a loved one.

What a glow up! We moved my LO here from another facility and the change has been nothing but positive. The building is beautiful and consistently cleaned. The staff is readily available, incredibly patient and even a joy to be around. The food is as good, if not better than any restaurant in town. This community is the best you will find!

As a hospice social worker who visits this assisted living community regularly, I’m always impressed by the compassion and professionalism of the staff. They greet me by name each time I visit and consistently create a warm, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door. The team goes above and beyond to ensure that all residents are included and engaged, regardless of their cognitive or physical abilities. Their commitment to meaningful interaction and personalized care is evident in everything they do. Whenever I need assistance, the staff is quick to step in and help without hesitation. It’s clear that they truly care for their residents and treat them with the same respect and kindness they would show their own family. This facility is a wonderful example of what quality, person-centered care should look like.

As I was passing by, I couldn't help but notice the stunning renovation—so I decided to stop in for a tour and see what the community had to offer. Several residents were relaxing out front near the beautiful entrance, and each one had glowing things to say about the new ownership, the renovations, the food, the level of care, and the overall management. Despite her busy schedule, the Director took the time to speak with me personally and gave me a tour of the community. I was truly impressed—this place is nothing short of amazing!

The Grove Athens is truly a beautiful place with an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. From the residents to the staff and management, there's so much I could share about the warmth and kindness they show every day. The sense of community here goes beyond just a lovely environment—it’s the genuine care and connection that truly make it special. And to top it all off, the food is consistently amazing!
