MAGNOLIA GARDENS

My friend who was still recovering from open heart surgery was in distress and no one at the facility could be bothered to help her. My daughter and I dropped our plans and rushed to her aid. I had called only to be put to voice mail. When we got to her room she was literally suffocating. There was a kink in her oxygen hose . If we had not gone when we did, she would have died and it would have been Magnolia Gardens fault. So thankful I listened to my Lord and goes where I am called. If I had any say she would be moved. Her brothers are of no help.

Magnolia Gardens have so many caring CNA’s, kitchen staff. The place is always clean, and everybody is so nice! The food is very delicious! Very friendly and clean! I would definitely recommended this ALF. I go once a week to visit a friend and never have I been disappointment.

I am writing this review to let you know about Magnolia Garden‘s in Pinellas Park Florida. I have been struggling with the thought of putting mom in an assisted living place and had driven by this place several times. Each time I drove by I was drawn to Magnolia Garden‘s. In the meantime I had shopped around to several different places… But in the end I chose Magnolia Garden‘s. I chose them because of Karen in the sales office. She was very helpful and informative and provided me with an assurance that I’m just choosing the right place and that it was OK for me to do this for my mom. Now I can be her daughter instead of a car caretaker. Karen was very patient and able to show me a couple different units and allowed me time to feel comfortable over the one I wanted to choose. It had to feel like home in the apartment as well as the place. Magnolia gardens is very clean, definitely feels like home, and has a lot to offer. I am reassured and feel safe that mom will have a beautiful place to live and be able to make some friends.

I spent extensive time looking for an ALF for my Mom. Magnolia Gardens hands down offers the best facility in Tampa Bay! Their facility is neat, clean and the grounds are beautiful. The staff is professional, friendly and most importantly caring. The price is THE BEST. They save me thousands ever month on my Mom's care compared to the outrageous fees some of the other facilities were charging. Mary worked with me to get my Mom in and was sympathetic to what my Mom and I were going through. She answered all my questions (and there were a lot) and kept me up to date throughout the process. Everyone there is great from the receptionists, Becky who handles all the billing, the Chef, Electra who is in charge of all the care staff, all the care staff, food staff and housing keeping who take the time to spend time with my Mom. Thanks to Magnolia Garden, I know my Mom is in good hands!!!

Centrally located for visiting. Nice staff. Delicious meals. 2 very nice court yards provide a nice green space and tranquilty. We haven't experienced anything other than nice courteous staff from housekeeping, hair solan, assistants and table staff. Good value. And the squirrels are entertaining.
