Moving Mom and Dad into assisted living and memory care was the hardest thing I ever had to do. Manor Lake did a great job of getting the whole process started. The care that my parents received there was fantastic and they made sure they had activities to do and kept them as healthy as possible. Thanks for the love and care you gave them every day.

Manor lake Bridgemill has been amazing for my mom and our family. My mom has met wonderful friends both staff and other residents. The staff has always listened and been very graceful in receiving and acting on constructive feedback. This is what we have appreciated the most. It’s like a partnership not just with my mom but her family also. We really like the size of the facility. It’s smaller and only 1 floor. It’s not overwhelming for my mom. Having access to the Director Niki, and her team is really important. They are front and center and always willing to help. Thanks Manor Lake Bridgemill for taking such good care of my mom!!! Caretakers very compassionate and supportive. Extremely supportive of family and loved one’s residing there. Management will listen compassionately to any requests. Nice small environment.

Manor Lake had been the most amazing place for our Mother. From the moment we arrived, she received excellent care by all of the staff. The director visited Mom’s room frequently to be sure all of her needs were met. The ladies at the front desk were warm and always helpful. The food was delicious.
