I’ve been really impressed with Manor Lake. They pay attention to the details from hosting chef competitions between their Georgia locations and focusing on food presentation, to keeping the memory care and independent living areas freshly maintained. I love seeing residents out in the community on group outings, like visits to Maine Street Coastal. It’s clear they care about quality and keeping residents engaged.

So happy we found this place for my Mother-in-law! The care she has received is more than we ever anticipated. What peace of mind we have knowing she has 24/7 care and eating 3x a day. The activities go above and beyond! Everyday they have something for her to participate in and the involvement with other residents is amazing! She has made so many friends, loves the food and enjoys the various events/field trips. Manor Lake is always clean, the security gives us peace of mind and most of all, my Mother-in-law is happy. So very thankful for all of the staff, thankful it is affordable and thankful that her care is top-notch!!!

Manor Lake is an amazing place… From the open and airy layout to the exceptionally friendly staff. There is such a wide variety of activities that there is something of interest for every resident. I have never been aware of a facility that takes such wonderful field trips (restaurants, museums, visits to the parks, etc.) with everyone, even those in the memory wing, and provides activities that families can join in with their loved one.

What stands out most is the sense of community, it feels like home and a family here . Every interaction is filled with kindness and patience. The residents love their activities that the community have going and smiles always brighten up the place .

I would do 0 stars if I could. My aunt was there for 1 month and had to go to the hospital 2 times and I was told she had to move out. She was NOT diagnosed with dementia but they "think" she had it so we were kicked out. Paid the community fee for 1 month of stay (actually at the facility for 2 weeks total) and they refuse to give the fee back after kicking her out. This is the first of the reviews I am going to give across all platforms. You can't hold an old lady's money! The room looked like it was never cleaned. They never gave her a bath the time she was there. People were rude to her.
