MANOR LAKE HAMILTON MILL

I placed a fully refundable $500.00 deposit with sales agent Destiny at the Hamilton Mill location. They waited until the last minute and then declined to accept my wife. I had to scramble to find another assisted living facility. It's been over a month and after numerous emails and phone calls, I can't get them to return my deposit. They won't return calls and ignore emails. If you do get someone to answer the phone, they say they will pass on the message, and you get ignored again. Do not trust these people. Update: It's been a week since I left a message for the Executive Director Kyley Hooks and no response. I talked with V.P. Tony Gimbrone who promised he would look into it. Nothing. 7 weeks now and I still don't have my $500 deposit returned.

Manor Lake Hamilton Mill Memory Care has been a lifesaver for me. Besides the facility being less than a mile from my home, it has brought me peace knowing that my 87-year old dad is safe and protected with a staff ready to help. The facility is new and extra clean. The biggest bonus is the activities to keep residents engaged each day. They even post pictures on Facebook for me to see the fun he is having. I could not ask for a better place for my dad.

Manor Lake is definitely one of the finest Assisted Living Communities I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. The facility it beautifully decorated with a warm and welcoming atmosphere and all the staff and employees greet you with warm smiles and kindness. Definitely a five star community. The Residents also are all found smiling and seem happy to call Manor Lake their home.

I had the most wonderful time at the Mano Lake Hamilton Mill facility. Melinda showed us around this beautiful facility. The hospitality Melinda showed us was so comforting, her knowledge and grace about her was impeccable. She definitely knows her job.If in the market for assisted living, Melinda definitely has the ability to assist you in the right place, her charisma and professionalism is top shelf. Manor Lake Hamilton Mill is definitely a wonderful place.
