I've had all positive experiences with Manor Lake Assisted Living and Memory Care. All of the staff is caring, responsive and on top of their game! I do without a doubt recommend Manor Lake to those that need care for your loved one.

I’ve had great experiences working with Manor Lake Hoschton. The staff is really friendly, communicative and easy to work with. In addition, they treat their residents with care. Elizabeth is an amazing person so if you’re looking for a place for your loved ones to live, speak with her and she will assist their every needs.

Manor Lake Hoschton has been a wonderful choice for my loved one. While they are still adjusting, the staff has been exceptional in making the transition as smooth as possible. Knowing they receive three nutritious meals a day, regular check-ins, and have access to daily activities and outings gives me peace of mind while I’m at work. The friendly community of residents, individualized care plans, and helpful amenities like the on-site salon, key fob entry, and emergency call pendant system make a big difference. The beautiful courtyard view from their room is a bonus! The executive director has shown herself to be one of absolute worst managers I have seen run a place such as this. She has shown many times over that she does not care for the residents, my family included, or employees well-being but only the money the residents bring into the business. The utmost concern is not for the residents. It is for the pockets of the residents. The staff you hire care about the residents. The executive director is incompetent in her duties and simply knows how to keep face. Please don't let this place fool you or your family.

My mom moved into Manor Lake Hoschton almost a year ago & we are absolutely thrilled with Manor Lake Hoschton! Mom really enjoys her new home has adjusted well & has made new wonderful friends. The rooms are very large & bright with a wonderful layout. The whole facility is beautiful & is always clean, decorated for every season & feels like a home. The courtyard area & patio off the dining are awesome! MOST importantly we have been extremely pleased with the amazing staff at Manor Lake Hoschton including the director, med techs, housekeeping, office staff, maintenance, activities & dining! The entire team are all willing to help & are quick to respond if my mom needs anything! They keep the calendar full with great entertainment, activities, special resident outings & wonderful family events!! My family feels like they hit the jackpot finding Manor Lake Assisted Living for my mom!!
