Thankful for the amazing team at Storypoint on Mountain Creek Road. Their kindness and love for the residents shines through their daily work. The executive director goes above and beyond. She interacts with all of her staff and residents daily. I hear she really loves BINGO! The food is phenomenal. Holidays are always so much fun. If you want your loved one properly cared for and loved, Storypoint is who I recommend!

If you want your loved one cared for then you need to look for another senior living for your loved one. They don't care to take care of residents, leave them sitting around with nothing to do, serve them cold premade food and when you say anything tell you it will be taken care of but nothing changes.

I've gone there multiple times to visit. The maintenence director is a very forward and kind man. He gives more than just a smile and a wave, he makes every interaction personal and kind. The facilities here are very clean, which is a big plus! And the nurses care for every single person, regardless if they're living there or not.

I met with Lisa Hawthorne, one of the most pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable administrator I have ever worked with. She spent two hours with me to make sure I understood every aspect of StoryPointe, including tours of all room choices,introductions to staff and residents, and thorough explanation of costs and benefits. I left with a room reserved for my friend. Very pleasant experience thanks to Lisa.

We are so thankful and feel Blessed to have our family member at Story Point. Our journey has been good from the day one and the staff has always been kind, helpful and part of the reason our aunt now calls this place home!
