Very involved staff that attends to patients

Moved my mother into Maplebrook less than a week ago. I have been particularly pleased with every interaction I have had with the Administrator here. She was clear and compassionate as she explained things and answered my questions. Both the DON and Administrator quickly resolved some unforeseen issues that arose and my mother loves the food! Looking forward to many happy times with my mother here.

Thanks. Mom seems happy, is better fed, and has folks to talk with. My worries about her at home alone have substantially decreased.

Staff are so awesome and my Mom is very happy there! Peace of mind for me knowing my Mom is looked after and is safe!

I've been very impressed with all the staff. I know my mom is safe and well taken care of.
