If you have a family member that you love and care for, do NOT send them to this facility. They will sit in their own bowl movements (or if they went on the floor it gets left on the floor not cleaned up)(the place smells like urine.) They will not assist in feeding them in any way. Even if your family member could 100% take care of themselves, I would suggest somewhere else! Also, there are other things in question about their staff and other things that were possibly happening.

Joely and her staff are so wonderful and take such good care of the residents. They treat everyone just like they would their own family. I am an elder care advocate and I am always very proud when one of my clients decides to move their loved one to TerraBella Marchbanks in Anderson. Caroline Bell Preparing for Care, LLC

I moved my mom in a few months ago. She loves it! We are so pleased with the cleanliness and the friendly staff and residents here. We feel comfortable with my mom staying here long term. The director Joely goes above and beyond for the residents! If you have an aging parent that needs long term care you won’t regret sending them here!

Terra Bella Marshbanks is relatively small which is good. The staff are personable and do a great job. The place is clean and attractive. There are activities available for those interested. I have not eaten there but the food smells good when I have passed through. Good care is given the residents. There are covered places outside to sit and rock. They have assisted living and memory care available.

I was wary of another AL/Memory Care family after a bad experience, but my loved one needed the care. The executive director was very accommodating in getting my loved one moved in, as it was an emergency situation (due to neglect at the previous facility). Once he arrived, he was shown the best care I could have hoped for. Staff were attentive to his needs, and he received high-quality care until his passing. I cannot say enough good things about the executive director and the memory care director. The memory care director was so compassionate, as we knew the end was nearing for our loved one. She ensured we had privacy and space to have a good visit, allowing us to say goodbye. I am so glad that we chose Terra Bella in Anderson to care for my loved one.
