The staff and workers are polite and caring. Rebecca Swanson (social worker) is a top notch caring professional that ensures clients and families are heard and helped with respect and care continuously. She responds swiftly to needs with quick execution.

My father is a retired minister and lives with Parkinson’s. We knew Martha Franks was the right fit for my parents the moment we met Natalie and toured the beautiful property. So grateful they are in a community that is caring and serves senior families so well!

Martha Franks has been a blessing to my family. They cared for my mom who had dementia until she passed in Nov 2024. They loved her and made sure she had everything she needed physically and emotionally. She was at Martha Franks for almost 2 years. My dad is still at Martha Franks in the skilled care unit. They take care of him each and every day with love and patience. Martha Franks staff has become like family to us. The facility is always clean, it is cheerful and bright and they always have fun activities for the residents. We can rest and be at peace knowing dad is so well taken care of.

Martha Franks has been a wonderful community for my parents. They feel the staff is very good to them and they enjoy their time with the other residents. Some favorite things they mention are the anytime ice cream maker, soup and salad bar every day at lunch, the beautiful grounds, and 2000+ channels on cable. :) For my siblings and me, we feel so comfortable knowing they are in a place where they are cared for like family. They also arrange for visits from local community members for the residents. We are very grateful for Martha Franks and the staff!

Our experience with Martha Franks in October 2024 - and since - is nothing short of simply wonderful! Our family is very grateful for our father’s care, and he has settled in very nicely after, understandably, a few months of a roller coaster adjustment on his part. The administration now is FAR better than the prior one - the improvements have created an atmosphere MUCH more in keeping with Miss Martha Franks’ intent, and you can absolutely observe and feel the positive change. It is simply a lovely community to enjoy in your later years!!!!
