I can say that this facility is a wonderful place with workers and a manager that truly cares for their residents and does their best to provide all available resources to help benefit their situations. I am thankful for the urban mission and the manor staff for offering such an environment full of care and hospitality.

Sharing for a very close woman that had to deal with staff who r not trained properly and are EXTREMELY IMPERTINENT to majority of women who deserve respect. Please help with getting this place fixed and investigated for stealing the belongings and food from residents and much much more that goes on so what staff is. The problem u no who. U r and Mandy Sandy and Joyce r awesome employees the rest are a joke
