RIDGE MANOR OF ROSSVILLE

These ladies are amazing. My sister loves the meals. There is nothing more than what these women do. I am very pleased with this facility. And it doesn't smell like urine when you walk thru the door. They are very clean and there are TV's everywhere.

The Ridge Manor Staff has been absolutely phenomenal with getting my grandfather placed within their community. The facility was clean and residents are clearly happy at Ridge Manor. I have every confidence that my grandfather will be well cared for and happy within the community that they have established.

Toured Ridge Manor with a friend who will be moving there. The facility has such a homey feel and is soooo clean!! Was very impressed with the facilities and the Staff was extra nice!! It will be a great place for him to move to!

Today I feel was a divine appointment. To find Ridge Manor in Rossville. It was my first visit and I was so impressed to say the least. I was greeted by the administrator/director who was so gracious and made me feel at home and encouraged. The entrance and décor was welcoming, bright an cheery with chandeliers and piano and fireplace and there was the aroma of fresh cooked good food. The entire place was immaculate and the bedrooms spacious and decorated so pretty with fresh paint and sparkling floors. All of the bedrooms had their own TV's and there were happy residents in the activity room playing board games. Just to say I was impressed is an understatement. I would give this small and intimate skilled care facility five stars.

Ridge Manor in Rossville is a wonderful assisted-living and I would highly recommend them. My family member moved here 3 weeks ago and the staff is absolutely wonderful. They have gone above and beyond our expectations to make sure we are completely satisfied with their service and the care they are providing for my loved one. I have met the owner a couple of times in person and spoke with him on the phone as well. He always tells me to let him know if we need anything. Next, the Director is always accommodating to our needs. She spends time with us just to say hi and asks how we are when we visit. She doesn’t normally work on the weekends, but she worked the weekend my family member moved into Ridge Manor to make sure the transition went smoothly. The manager and all the staff are so friendly to us. This is a smaller facility therefore the care is very personalized, and has a feeling of being at “home”. I cannot say enough about how special they make us feel. I know my family member is getting exceptional care. When we walk through their doors, we are greeted with a smile every time, and my family visits 7 days a week!
