Maslon Personal Care Home showed my mom and our family so much kindness during a very difficult time. The staff were gentle, compassionate, and treated her with dignity and care. Even in a short stay, it was clear how much they genuinely cared about her comfort and peace. I’m deeply grateful for the warmth and humanity they showed when it mattered most.

My husband had been in the hospital for some time and I could not care for him 24 hours a day at home. He's on several medications and a diabetic, and also a disabled veteran. Someone from the VA told me about Masalon's Personal Care Home. I am so very thankful, and relieved that he is there now and doing so well. They treat him like family. He is well cared for and doing so much better in a home environment rather than being stuck in a hospital room. There is someone available at all hours if he needs help. I am relieved. Masalon's is operated by a wonderful family and staff. It's smaller, but allows them to give one-on-one personal attention to each resident. They prepare home cooked meals and keep a very nicely organized daily schedule which keeps things running smoothly. I am very well pleased by their home, and how well my husband is doing there.

This is a great Personal Care home for your loved one’s. They have the best staff and do a great job with the patients. My Mom loves it there.

If you are looking for a facility to house and care for your loved one, and you value genuine, quality care over fancy aesthetics, then look no further, you have found a treasure in this facility. My siblings and I had to make the difficult decision of placing our father in a facility as he could no longer adequately care for himself. Our situation was critical as we needed to find our father emergency placement after a brief hospital stay. Masalon’s Personnel Care Home was recommended to us by a Hospital Social Worker, who so graciously went above and beyond to assist us as our case was unique and critical. Our father was discharged from the hospital very late in the evening. A Staff Member, in charge of resident intake, left their home that evening to return to the facility to meet us there. As it was super late, we could not view the entire facility, however the room our father was initially placed in, towards the front of the building, was clean and adequate. The staff worked with us to get initial paperwork started. Having to leave our father was super hard, but the staff assured us he would be ok. The next morning we returned to the facility to complete paperwork and bring our father’s personal items. This is when we were able to see more of the facility. The facility was not as nice as other fancier facilities that houses memory care patients, however our in just the few hours he had been housed there, he was alert, clean, and had been well fed. We could tell that overnight, they worked diligently with him to get him in a much better state. Within the first week, our father began to settle in and began to trust the staff. His overall health and mood improved greatly, and we felt confident that he would receive great care. The staff would regularly call us and give us updates, as well as send updates with photos and videos through text messages. Within two weeks, our Father’s transformation was miraculous. We not only found true angels in each staff member, I consider each of them as friends.
