Maybelle Carter Senior Adult Home

This is the best facility. They have a beautiful building and a wonderful staff. Every time I come they are nothing but amazing. I highly recommend everyone to tour and live at AVIVA.

I have had several experiences with this community and every single one has been pleasant. Every time I walk in the building I am greeted with kindness and positive energy. The staff is very friendly and always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. The Executive director Michelle has a smile that lights up the room and treats every person that walks in the door as if they were family. I look forward to every encounter with her and her wonderful staff. I just wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5.

As a clinician who regularly sees patients in this assisted living facility, I’ve been consistently impressed with the level of care provided. The staff are attentive, responsive, and genuinely compassionate with residents. The building is clean, well-maintained, and creates a welcoming environment. There is a clear focus on both safety and quality of life of both residents and staff. Overall, this is a facility I feel confident recommending to patients and families.

I am posting this review to give credit where it is due. Although I don't have a family member currently residing there, I have friends who do, so I visit occasionally. In the past year or so, we have watched the beginning of a complete turn around. Not only is the facility and grounds looking better, we have noticed a big change in the way the staff members are doing their jobs. If we are noticing the changes, no doubt the Residents are noticing it too. IMO there are still things that need to keepimproving, but unlike in the past, there is evidence that they are making the effort to make them happen. Congrats to everyone who is a part of the rebuilding of the tradition that was started many years ago.

I would definitely give Aviva Maybelle Carter located in Madison Tennessee 5 stars across the board. My Mom chose to make her home there at age 94 after hearing the wonderful reviews from some of her friends . It was the best decision she could have made for herself as the staff at Maybelle is so kind , compassionate and loving ! Maybelle offers all the amenities one could hope for and more . Dining , laundry, housekeeping, bingo, movie nights and art activities to name a few along with an excellent team of nurses and resident care employees available on site 24/7. Transportation is provided for outings such as grocery store, bank, post office , Walmart, doctor appointments etc . The site also has a salon for hair, manicures etc . My Mom is treated like family and I can definitely feel the love . I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a place for their loved one.
