I'm very pleased with the care my wife is getting. The staff is attentive, VERY well trained, and are there because they LOVE the work. Management continuously is involved in needs of the residents and actually LISTEN TO THE STAFF! No lip service, they get things done!! Couldn't be more happier!!!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The building is designed to feel like you are in a cute hotel with all the amenities like, a restaurant, ice cream parlor, library, movie theatre & etc. I like the idea that the residents are able to have freedom and to make choices for themselves. They are also allowed to decorate their rooms with their own familiar items. The only complaint would be the noise. It’s a very busy place and you can hear the doors closing. I would like to express how grateful I am to be able to talk to Charlee with any concern I may have about my brother’s health and wellbeing. She takes it seriously and does her best to remedy the situation.

Very friendly, helpful staff. That is a blessing when tending to a family member living with dementia. Always finding time and patience to work with me during this roller coaster ride. Open to my concerns and suggestions and offering some much needed advice and compassion. The facility is one-of-kind. Open and inviting and clearly geared towards residents with memory issues. Fun weekly activities and great tasting meals (and snacks)!

I was suddenly catapulted in to the realm of dementia care with 85 year old mother. From the moment I started discussions with the staff at RidgeView/MeadowView, I felt like I was with family and a feeling like home. Questions are answered quickly. The staff works with the family to help settle the residents. I’d recommend RidgeView/MeadowView as a place to live for a family member or a friend diagnosed with dementia.

My father has lived here for about 18 months. It is always clean and bright, and staff are always upbeat and friendly. The building itself is interesting to walk through, with a small town theme and special purpose rooms. This is a tough environment of course, but I feel that we made the best choice possible to arrange for dad to live here.
