Memory Lane, Inc. (ALF II)

The facility is nice and the workers give a good opening speech to get you to put a loved one there. My experience from the last almost two years... I would never place someone I care about in a place that neglects their residents. There is a good worker here or there but there's more bad than good. The end of life quality is not going to be great at this facility unless you keep your loved one drugged up. If you want your loved one to be lucid, to enjoy the last years, this is not the place. If you want to put someone you love here better be ready to also hire additional help to go in and sit with the person. This isn't only my experience but many others. Any questions reach out. Thanks

The staff go above and beyond for those they care for while doing their best to make it feel like home as much as they possibly can.(it is home to them now) You can see the love they have for all the residents even the new one if you look closely. If I ever needed a place like this I would pick memory lane any of the 3 unit the staff have the same mind set. We are here to give them the best care and experience that we can provide for each one of them. After raising kids and working their whole life's it's their turn to get some rest, relax, and enjoy the time to do thing's they once enjoyed before or find new joys in new thing's. Thankfully for good loving people with hearts of gold.

We love this facility! My mother in law just moved here, and is loving it! Their memory care facility is phenomenal, as is the staff, (from admission, admin, and care staff.) We thank the Lord for this answered prayer for her care!
