I don't show my real name but I'm precious. I love mill creek. I miss all my crews there and I tell you what this facility is the best. They always my family no matter what even I'm not there are not.Give this facility higher 5 stars. 👏🏽 Love all of you guys.

Mill Creek is a very special community. Nurses and caregivers truly care about the residents. The warm atmosphere feels like home. If your loved one has dementia and needs a more supportive environment, Mill Creek is the BEST option in Springfield.

I have been the food service director at Mill Creek since 2020. Wish I had chosen to be a part of the sinceri family sooner. Love the community and staff.

When it was time for my husband to move into a memory care facility, I visited all of the facilities in this area. I chose Mill Creek and have never regretted my decision. The cheerful staff has always fulfilled my requests and attended to my husband's needs. I admire their dedication and attention toward the residents. The facility is clean and the staff goes out of their way to create daily activities/events for all to enjoy.

When John went to live at Mill Creek, I was greatly concerned that he would not adjust to his new environment. With the help of friendly staff and other residents, his adjustment was smooth. The activities they offer have kept John alert and vital. His behavior and outlook improved at Mill Creek. They keep the family involved and in the know -- sharing his activities each day via e-mail. The staff answers my questions and will investigate any concerns. So thankful for Mill Creek.
