MINGO RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY

Very nice staff and residents are very clean and respectful

There are bed bugs and roaches. People steal from you. The floor boards are coming up. The kitchen chairs are are falling apart. You can smell cigarettes from outside from inside the game room. The manager lies about what happens in the home. No group therapy. No daily activities. Do not come here!

The management currently there takes control over people's lives like they don't have rights as well as theft of my tax papers, not sending my card to the next facilty Payton Collins is the manager there currently but she set me up in a position when went to new facility they kept my bank card tax papers , va medical papers and even for a long time when the new management came in and things. You don't get treated well for standing up for your rights when multiple residents there are under an umbrella of control and over institutionalizing. Especially those with gaurdians For being independent and knowing my rights standing my ground currently management is getting away with too much coercion and intimidation as well as recruiting residents or just let them target me. Unfortunately its bad enough I have to take action due to corruption and theft by deception. A lot of intimidating actions and manipulation being done there and disrespected my family Workers weren't bad. There's good people there and they need someone to step in to prevent any further breaches of information or theft of my property while I was having medical appointments. Currently. They are engaged in subversive and unethical actions. I have proof

I would never recommend this facility to anyone!! Staff is very disrespectful and unprofessional!! My son is there and the living conditions are terrible !! They do not pay them their living allowance regularly which is only 50 dollars to live on a month!! They get medications wrong, they do not have any activities for the residents or transportation to stores to buy what they need!! This facility should not be in business!!

Very rude!! My son has a brain injury and was without his medication due to their staff not doing their job and getting his medication transferred! I would not recommend this place to anyone.They are very unprofessional and rude!!
