Montebello On Academy (The)

Excellent vibe amongst the employees and it’s a foundation of understanding that my mom will get good care when the staff likes their job beautiful facility. Good prices can’t think of anything better.

All the gals in the front office like Elaya and Shavanna have been really helpful during our move to Montebello. We have had many questions and they have been patient and kind. Our fellow residents are friendly and have invited us to many activities like happy hour, cards and doughnut day.

I toured the facility this week and I am beyond impressed. The staff members are friendly and helpful and the residents are quite noticeably happy and well cared for. The residents’ warm smiles and friendly greetings are evidence that they are truly loved by the staff. Way to go, Montebello!

Montebello is going down hill quickly! The grounds are dying from lack of water. There is a gate hanging off of a patio wall that has not been repaired for weeks! I could go on but just so sad to see… This is not the wonderful place my Mother lived for 11 years.

My father Frank was only in assisted living at The Montebello on Academy for six weeks before he passed away. While he was at The Montebello, he received great care. The staff was so caring and attentive to his needs and several of the care givers developed a meaningful relationship with him in a very short period. When the end was near my dad’s comfort was a priority for the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the transportation drivers were professional and genuinely concerned with my father and the care givers were amazing. My family and I feel blessed that we were able to have dad at The Montebello and that we were able to get to know such a wonderful and caring group of people. Mark Iske
