MORNING POINT OF CALHOUN

My Dad has done so well at Morning Pointe. I have been impressed with the care he receives in the Memory Care division, Lantern. The caregivers and staff treat Dad like he’s their family. I am free to come and go as often as I can, and each time I go, Dad is clean, happy, and well cared for.

My mother was at Morning Pointe for 3 weeks while she recovered from a knee replacement. I can’t thank them enough for being so kind and taking such good care of her. The staff is wonderful. The food is great. The activities are fun. It’s a great place to be!

We moved our 98 year old mother to Morning Pointe a little over two years ago. This was her first time in assisted living and, of course, she voiced some resistance. The resistance faded quickly and she now calls it home. My sister and I couldn't be more satisfied with "tender loving care" that our mother has received from Morning Point. The attitude of the staff is remarkable, across the board, and our mother feels it. In summary, we are more than pleased with Morning Pointe and would definitely recommend it.

Our father has recently become a resident at Morning Pointe in Calhoun. My sister and I are frankly overwhelmed at the welcoming and caring nature of the staff and medical professionals that work here. There are wonderful residents for him to be neighbors with. The social interaction he enjoys on the front porch is great! The front porch is welcoming and relaxing. Residents are often found there enjoying each other’s company. The environment is very comfortable, extremely clean and inviting. One truly feels, as it is, at home when at Morning Pointe. Everyone who works at Morning Pointe cares. It is evident in the attention they provide residents and their families. Genuinely above and beyond. Traci, Leah and Joan deserve special recognition for their dedication. But the highest level of accolade is due to every single person who works at Morning Pointe to make a happy, safe and healthy place for residents and their families.

Our family is so grateful for Morning Pointe! From the very beginning, Leah and Traci went above and beyond to help us get our dad quickly and smoothly set up. Their kindness and efficiency gave us such peace of mind during a stressful time. The environment here is wonderfully relaxing—safe, homey, and truly welcoming. This isn’t just an assisted living facility—it’s a home. The staff take personal care to treat Dad as an individual, not just a resident. Joan, the nurse, deserves special recognition for her diligence and strong work ethic. Her dedication reassures us every day that Dad’s needs are fully and thoughtfully met. Because of the care he receives, I can finally sleep peacefully at night knowing how well he is looked after. Morning Pointe has given our family confidence and comfort, and we could not recommend this home more highly.
