Morning Pointe of Chattanooga

The staff are very good with the residents, living, compassionate and attentive. Lila is especially gracious, informative and client centered. I am very happy with my brothers care.

We have a great experience at this facility. Every member of the staff from the Director Lela on down have been attentive to us and loved ones. It shows in their kindness and the way that they carry out their daily tasks. It is such a blessing when you know that your loved ones are happy and cared for. We would definitely recommend this facility.

Update 9/10/2025 Just spoke to sales coordinator Lela at approx. 9:50 am this morning. I was outside at the entrance and she didn’t even come out the door. She tried to walk back inside and I said I had questions about the program and brochure— Do any of the Alzheimer patients come out for sunshine. She quickly said yes and I said where cause I NEVER see ANY PATIENTS during my DAILY MORNING AFTERNOON OR EVENING WALKS. She said they go outside and I said where? She then said they get “sun inside”?!! Never knew sunlight comes inside! Must be new science! NO NOT REALLY! They don’t take the elderly patients out for sunlight!! How cruel and vile!!

I cannot say enough nice things about this facility. Our experience with them thus far is that they are are top notch from the management team right on down to the staff they employ. Lela Cordelle, their Director, is awesome at her job and a definite asset to this company. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one.

Our experience with the Lantern has been heartfelt and supported. Lelah is an incredible director who has been assuring, educational and a valuable resource. We continually heard her name and The Lantern as the best memory care in the area. We agree based on our experience to date
