This facility can be a great fit if your loved one adjusts easily. The staff are truly kind, attentive, and caring. The corporate side is another story. If anything goes wrong, they will take full advantage. My dad was evicted due to aggressive behavior (I don’t blame them for this but it was completely shocking to us. We had NEVER seen this from him before.) They refused to reconsider the $2500 community fee, after only being present there less than 2 months and only physically present 6 weeks. There was also a whole thing with a move in special they offered - 50% off the room for first 3 months. But once they moved him to the higher priced memory care, the discount did not increase but they did become unable to remove the level of care charges when he was away at geri psych (I do NOT recommend this path! Please think twice before sending a loved one to geri psych). In the end, the corporate side felt heartless and a bit sneaky. I get that it’s a business, but all of their policies go in one direction. Again, the staff was super. If everything goes smooth with your loved one, you’re good to go. If there are problems, they will keep every dime they can get get from you.

We are so grateful for the good people (VERY GOOD) at this facility. We have gone through some deep waters with them by our side. What a blessing and comfort to have them as a part of our lives. ❤️

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful placing our loved one here. I feel assured that he will receive the best care here. He already has told me they are so helpful when he needs something.

The team at Morning Pointe Clinton is absolutely wonderful! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and they truly go above and beyond to make families feel at ease. Mia, in particular, is such a blessing to work with. She has a special way of walking families through the process of transitioning a loved one from home to a community setting — offering education, compassion, and reassurance every step of the way. Her kindness and dedication bring so much peace of mind during what can be a difficult time.
