I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this community and the management team! Staci Pomeroy (CRD) and Nicole Osbourn (DON) went above and beyond to help us facilitate a quick move-in. We were so impressed with their attention to detail and efficiency! They asked questions about sensitive subjects in a professional manner to ensure that all our loved ones needs and preferences were discovered, while maintaining a demeanor that demonstrated respect toward him. They were informative, patient, encouraging, thorough and reassuring throughout the process and we have such confidence that we made a great choice!

Morning Pointe @ Greenbriar has been a wonderful place for my mom. The accommodations are great & the staff is compassionate, caring & invested in the wellbeing of the residents. We are very happy with the services. Sarabeth is a great director who manages with a warm heart & servant leadership. We highly recommend Morning Pointe Greenbriar.

We moved our parents into assisted living, and we are so happy with Morning Pointe at Greenbriar Cove. Everyone is amazing, kind, thoughtful and happy. From Charlene to Anne Marie, Nicole, Teresa and Eunice have been so helpful and kind. And I know I left some other out, but know we appreciate you all.

While searching for an assisted living facility for my mother, I came across Morning Pointe at Greenbriar Cove. I had reached out to several facilities, but Charline Boettcher was the only one who responded promptly — and that was my first sign that this place was different. From the moment I met Charline, I felt at ease. She is sincere, kind, and genuinely caring — exactly the kind of person you hope to find when making such an important decision for a loved one. She gave my husband and me a full tour of the building, patiently answered all of our questions (even the ones we didn’t know how to ask), and was completely transparent about the costs and services. For the first time in five years, I breathed a sigh of relief. I knew this was the place where my mother could feel safe, engaged, and — most importantly — not alone. What impressed me most is how Charline takes the time to truly know each resident by name and by personality. She thoughtfully considers how new residents will fit in and who they’ll connect with best. It’s an extraordinary level of care and attention — and I mean, who does that? Charline does. The number one reason I chose Morning Pointe for my mom is Charline. She is truly the heart of this community and embodies the spirit of assisted living. She went above and beyond to help us, and I’ve already recommended her to friends searching for care for their own parents, especially those living with dementia like my mom. Charline is not only a blessing to the residents but also to their families. I go to sleep each night knowing that my mother is in good hands — with a guardian angel named Charline. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
