Morning Pointe of Lenoir City

I can’t say enough good things about this assisted-living facility. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear how much pride they take in keeping everything clean, organized, and welcoming. The entire place always feels fresh, well-maintained, and comfortable—not just for residents, but for visiting family as well. What truly stands out, though, is the staff. Every team member I’ve interacted with has been kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They treat residents with respect and compassion, and it shows in the way they go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels safe and valued. The food here is also wonderful, which makes such a difference. Meals are well-prepared, enjoyable, and you can tell the kitchen staff truly care about what they’re serving. They do a great job making sure residents have good, comforting meals to look forward to. The activity director does an amazing job creating a fun, engaging environment for the residents. There are always thoughtful activities and events that keep everyone involved, social, and looking forward to something each day. It really adds to the sense of community and joy throughout the facility. Knowing my family member is here gives me real peace of mind. They are well cared for, supported, and treated like family. It’s such a relief to know they’re in a place where their needs are met with both professionalism and heart. I’m incredibly grateful for the level of care and attention provided here, and I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean, supportive, and compassionate environment for their loved one.

This community has such a welcoming feel. The staff are friendly, the community is clean, and there’s always something going on with activities. Lindsey, the Executive Director, is great and truly cares about the residents. Overall, just a really nice place.

MorningPointe LC has been home for my mother and father in law for the last year and a half. That’s exactly what it has been…home. The staff treats them like they are their own grandparents. The care is wonderful, the RA’s go the extra distance to help. The nursing staff, particularly Val, Jack and Stuart are fantastic. The communication is excellent, we were well informed regarding anything needed. The nurse practitioner, Susan Johnston is simply amazing. We joked that she is omnipresent for all of the residents. This gives such peace of mind to families. This all begins with management, Lindsay is just wonderful, her building runs with a hum of communication, kindness, compassion and care, she makes it happen. Margaret and Anastasia are the ladies who greet you and answer any questions. And my Mom tells me the chef in the kitchen is wonderful! Thanks also to Brandi (who has retired) to finding a place for them. This is a wonderful place to care for your love ones!

Kellee Parks is great ! She was able to answer all of my questions and was extremely informative.
