Morning Pointe of Lenoir City

This community has such a welcoming feel. The staff are friendly, the community is clean, and there’s always something going on with activities. Lindsey, the Executive Director, is great and truly cares about the residents. Overall, just a really nice place.

MorningPointe LC has been home for my mother and father in law for the last year and a half. That’s exactly what it has been…home. The staff treats them like they are their own grandparents. The care is wonderful, the RA’s go the extra distance to help. The nursing staff, particularly Val, Jack and Stuart are fantastic. The communication is excellent, we were well informed regarding anything needed. The nurse practitioner, Susan Johnston is simply amazing. We joked that she is omnipresent for all of the residents. This gives such peace of mind to families. This all begins with management, Lindsay is just wonderful, her building runs with a hum of communication, kindness, compassion and care, she makes it happen. Margaret and Anastasia are the ladies who greet you and answer any questions. And my Mom tells me the chef in the kitchen is wonderful! Thanks also to Brandi (who has retired) to finding a place for them. This is a wonderful place to care for your love ones!

Honestly, the experience we have had here has exceeded our expectations. Our loved one has been there for three months. She is well-cared for at every level. She has made new friends. And a number of staff members reach out and communicate so that I have multiple perspectives on how things are going. I greatly appreciate the wonderful environment staff work hard to create.

Our family visited several assisted living facilities for our mother before deciding on Morning Point Lenoir City. We have had an amazing experience with all the staff and I must recognize Executive Director Lindsay Williams for her kindness and professionalism.
