Morning Star Village Assisted Living in Rockford, IL provided comfort and care to my mother for almost 5 years. The warm home environment and the kindness of the staff helped mother accept leaving her home of 60 years and settle into her apartment. With the patience and persistence of the staff, mother began to accept the changes in her daily routine. With the staff’s encouragement, mother made holiday crafts, won prizes at Bingo and joined in the afternoon social activities. My siblings and I made new memories with mother, took many photos and became part of the extended family at Morning Star Village. During mother’s final weeks of life, the staff provided comfort and peace to mother as she transitioned to her heavenly home. Thank-you Morning Star Village staff!

My Mother has lived at MSV for over 2 years. My entire family loves it there. Everyone we have met have been very sweet, kind and respectful to her. It is so good to know she is living in a loving place with many who care about her and gives her quality care and great meals. Thank you MSV for all you do. We appreciate you!
