I’ve had a very positive experience with Morningside House of Exton. The recent improvements and renovations are noticeable and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel genuinely welcomed, and it’s clear that the residents are happy and well cared for. I’d also like to recognize Mindy, who has been wonderful to work with—kind, professional, and truly caring. Her dedication really stands out.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Morningside House of Exton. The staff goes above and beyond every single day—they don’t just care for residents, they care about them. The building is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed, but it’s the people who make it truly special. Every team member I’ve met is kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They take time to listen, to connect, and to make sure residents feel safe, respected, and engaged. The activities are meaningful and fun, the food is delicious, and the whole atmosphere feels vibrant and welcoming. You can tell everyone here is committed to creating a real sense of home. Choosing Morningside House of Exton for our mother has brought so much peace of mind, and we’re deeply grateful for the outstanding care they provide. I wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with dignity, kindness, and heartfelt attention.

I had such a wonderful time at the recent event at Morningside! The whole team did an amazing job — the chef and kitchen staff cooked delicious food, and the activities director, Tristan, made the evening so enjoyable. All the managers and team members came together to create such a warm, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere. My brother and I truly enjoyed ourselves and felt so cared for. Thank you for making it such a special night!

The memory care unit is absolutely wonderful! The staff are so caring, patient, and passionate about what they do. You can tell they truly love and respect every resident. Tammy, the Memory Care Director, is amazing. she communicates so well and always keeps families informed. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my loved one is in the best hands possible. I can’t thank this team enough for all they do!

My sister Peg was a resident on the Memory Care Floor. Tammy and her team took excellent care of her until her passing 11/2/25. They showed compassionate care, love, laughter and provided a family like atmosphere during her stay. I want to thank every one of the staff for their dedication to the care of my sister.
