Choosing the right home for a loved one is a huge decision, but from the moment we toured The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village, we knew we found a special place. The first thing you notice is how warm and 'non-clinical' the environment feels. Unlike other facilities that can feel like a hospital, the Bungalows has an open, inviting layout with beautiful natural light and charming French doors that make it feel like a true home. The staff here is exceptional—they truly treat residents like family. From the front desk to the care team and even Jason the driver, everyone is attentive, respectful, and knows the residents by name. We’ve been so impressed with the level of communication and the peace of mind that comes with their 24-hour support and medication management. The activities program is another huge plus. There is always something going on, whether it's bingo, Bible study, exercise classes, or fun day trips. It’s wonderful to see the residents out of their rooms and truly engaging with one another. Plus, the fact that it is a pet-friendly community was a game-changer for us. If you are looking for a clean, secure, and vibrant community in Springfield where your loved one will be genuinely cared for and kept active, I cannot recommend The Bungalows enough. It has been a wonderful experience for our family!

There's no receptionist at all passed 5 when most people have trouble while sleeping. It cost 6,000 dollars a month then they can't even check on m greaty grandma's blood pressure. Then have the audacity to be rude to the elderly telling them that there no activities on certain day, and they have to go back to the dining hall. They didn't have any Dvds. If you get paid than much then you can buy each room a Roku TV. They get paid 6,000 a month and there is about 100 elderly there yet you have to buy the stuff they need so they can't skip it. I am furious, and this is coming from a 14 year old. This place is like a hotel. The rooms are small, and nobody's there to help them find there way to there room if they get lost. I would not send your family members or go there yourself. They care more about the money then the residents mental, and physical health. My foster mom work at a independent living it cost about the same but the rooms are bigger, the food looks gourmet, there's a receptionist all day, and the workers actually care. This place sucks I do not recommend at all!!!

Our Mother is very content here as a new resident. The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village have an atmosphere of genuine kindness beginning with the Executive Director to all staff and other residents. Words such as clean, bright, welcoming and terms such as community and neighborhoods are used to describe the facility. A wide variety of interesting daily activities are planned for overall well-being of each person. The dining hall is managed like a nice restaurant. As a family, we appreciate the prompt, efficient communication and receiving a copy of the monthly activity calendar. We could not be more grateful.

The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village took great care of my mom. The staff was warm and caring, the place was clean and well-kept. The food was good and the staff seemed to be happy working there. They had a variety of activities, from bocce ball, to pillow stuffing, and of course bingo! I toured a lot of facilities before placing my mom and the Bungalows was hands-down the best I found.

I have a friend that lives here and loves it. I was recently invited by the Activity Department to come to a dog parade. We had so much fun! The 2 women in the Activity Department were so nice and they made sure all the residents had a chance to participate. They made treat bags for my dogs, let them pick a toy to take home and they took the time to give me a follow up call to thank me for attending.
