Morningside of Cookeville

Outstanding retirement living! I’m there almost every day visiting a dear friend. The staff is attentive, the food is delicious, and the activities are so much fun! Cheyanne, the activities coordinator plans outings throughout the week. The residents go to plays, take trips to Nashville to the Parthenon, to the Chattanooga Aquarium and on Thursdays, they take a trip to “nowhere,” a scenic drive. I highly recommend Charter Senior Living.

The staff are friendly and warm, the facility is clean and the residents seem to be happy. I visit a friend's mother from time to time and it's always consistent. I wish I could convince my mother to move here.

We love Charter. Employees are great with the residents. They also have activities and group trips.

The staff is exceptional and very helpful. Everyone has treated my mom with such kindness. For that, I am very grateful. The only thing I wish, is that they would keep her floor cleaner and the toilets cleaned on a regular basis, but apart from that, the staff and the management has been terrific!

We are thankful for the staff at Morningside. They are kind, caring and professional. They develop personal relationships with the residents as well as their family members, always making us feel welcome. I'm thankful for how diligently they have worked to keep the residents safe during the covid-19 outbreak. They have worked hard at keeping family informed and connected.
