Enjoyed the exceptional care from staff. My meals were pureed to perfection. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Admin took the time to out unwrap my straw for steak dinner

Dear Bungalows staff, Words cannot express the gratitude we have for the genuine concern and attention provided for our mother and all our family. Our mother entered the facility in early September. Sadly the decision to place her was not one that we as her family wanted to do. But from the moment we met Destiny and her staff, they did everything possible to help our mother and family transition. At times caring for our mother as if she was their own mother. Because she was so angry with us she wouldn’t see us. Destiny and all her staff not only were constantly comforting our mother they were doing the same for us. Destiny went over and above by being available to us practically 24/7 and even checking on us to make sure we were emotionally stable throughout all this. Now, almost two months later, although our mother still wants to go home, she will acknowledge that the staff at the Bungalows are the most wonderful, caring, and professional people she has ever met . Although this has been an incredibly difficult journey. I can’t imagine having gone through this without the assistance of Destiny and her staff. The staff has ensured that all our Mother’s needs are met. Physically , medically and emotionally. Destiny and her staff made one of life’s hardest experiences as bearable as possible. I would love to name all the staff that has helped us out. But for fear of leaving someone out I will say this. It takes a village and that is exactly what the staff at the Bungalows is, a VILLAGE!! The Bungalows at Fayetteville is a great facility. My family’s experience this far has been great. The staff is very very friendly and they seem to care for their patience as if they were family. The current director is also very friendly and family oriented. I would highly recommend this facility.

My mother has been at the Bungalows for about a year, most of it in the Memory care unit. The staff is caring and attentive. My mother is treated by staff members very kindly, as though she was a member of their own family. She has developed close relationships with most of the staff because of how she is cared for. Based on our experience, I would recommend the Bungalows to others.

When I first brought my mom to the community, I felt like it was a family atmosphere. But now people keep being traded in, and it feels like the family atmosphere is gone. For example, the last facility director treated my mom like she was family and I was bothered, because we never got a chance to say bye to her, and my mom really loved her. I have no problem with the new facility director but I felt like the old one just didn't have the help that she needed and to get things done on time as requested. But like I said everyone loved her and she really tried her best. The energy of the activities director in a facility director brings a lot of joy into the community. They sang and communicated with all the residents. The activity director it's kind and loving and really enjoys being around the residents they enjoyed being around her. I just wish things were the same. I enjoy the nursing directors. The reidents are enjoying the food. More with a new cook, Miles, the family experience director is very understanding and easy to deal with And the nursing director is the same. We're just praying. The new year will be better for all in the community.
