Morningside of Gallatin

I visited Charter Senior Living in Gallatin unannounced. I've had bad experiences before with facilities like these so I just wanted to show up and see what happened. I was immediately greeted by genuinely friendly and caring people who took their time to show me around and make me feel welcome. I came at a busy time with lots of activity and smiling faces. I don't think I've ever seen a happier place. To top it off there was an adorable little dog, several cats and a tiny little goat in pants spreading the joy. This place is a treasure!

Charter Senior Living of Gallatin is a top notch facility! I have been VERY impressed with the care, compassion, and quality of service that my loved one receives. They are a class act and have been a blessing to myself and my family. I just can't brag on them enough!!! Also, I would like to give you a well deserved and sincere "thank you" from me personally.

This facility is amazing. When you walk through the doors you feel as if you are in your family home and NOT a facility. They even have the family pets (cats, dogs and birds). The staff is so very kind and patient with all residents. Everyone from, Stephanie, the director to Paula, Health and Wellness Director, to all the nurses are such a pleasure to work with. If you have a family member in need PLEASE do not hesitate to move here.

With my healthcare job, I go into this facility quite often. The atmosphere is always upbeat. The staff and residents are always smiling and treat each other like family. If you ask a staff member about one of the residents, you can tell they genuinely care and take the time to know each of the residents. There is always a fun activity going on. Honestly, I want to stay and hang out with them when I visit there. And then there is the facility dog, Sam. Amazing.

We love Morningside of Gallatin and the special care they give their residents! You can always count on a warm welcome when you step inside the door. There is a sense of life everywhere - whether it's their pet-friendly environment with Elizabeth the dog, Sophie the cat, Redford the rabbit, or their flourishing tower garden in the courtyard. Executive Director Stephanie Harville and her team are wonderful in every way!
