The qualified staff at this memory care home have been wonderful. They are kind, attentive, and genuinely take great care of the residents. It gives me peace of mind knowing my mom is in a place where she’s treated with respect and compassion. I truly appreciate the care and effort the team puts in every day.

My wife moved here from another Memory Care (MC) facility in Oct.2025. She has continued to be more aware, outgoing and alert since. The concept of keeping all residents active, not just higher functioning is practiced here every day. The staff from marketing to cleaners are knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. This is a place where folks care about the residents. They encourage family involvement and show that they are there for your loved one. A Blessing 🙌

Charter Senior Living of Jackson has been a real blessing to me and my wife. My wife resides in the Flourish Memory Care facility and is doing quite well. The workers and staff treat her with the utmost respect and dignity. The food here is also excellent. I think if anyone is looking for a memory care facility Charter of Jackson would be the place I would recommend without hesitation. Mel Lencioni

We have been so pleased with Charter of Jackson. My mom moved into her new “home” there in early Dec 2025. The staff there has been extremely friendly and helpful getting her moved in. The accommodations are pleasantly comfortable, and the ability to personalize your own area makes it feel even more welcoming. Since moving in, my mom’s condition has improved quite a bit. Her caregivers are consistent with her daily routine and willing to help her with her needs, always with a smile and a positive can do attitude. That makes a difference!

My 90 year old parents came to Charter in mid-Nov. All of the staff have been cordial and helpful for all their needs. We are fortunate to have such a clean and safe home environment for them.
