The Bungalows has been a great place for mom when she began having trouble taking care of herself. Highly recommend if looking for ann assisted living facility. Great leadership.

The Bungalow’s is such a breathtaking view from afar, & how little did I know beyond the exterior was hiding such an amazing interior. Unfortunately I’ve came upon the crossroad of making a decision for placement of my mother. It’s definitely not the path any of us wish to cross. However, the view I seen often from passing The Bungalow’s gave me comfort to tour the facility. Though the view gave me comfort, my inner thoughts were still optimistic to the inside being just as appealing. Upon entering the facility I was amazed. The view from the outer side gave no justice from what I was witnessing inside. I was greeted promptly & received an amazing well informed tour with Mrs Belinda. She was amazing taking time with me going through the layout of the facility & amenities offered. Not a stone was left unturned. Before actually scheduling my tour Mrs Belinda worked diligent with me over the past few months with my hectic schedule, along with just checking in on my mother & myself. She is such an amazing asset to The Bungalows. Unfortunately with sadness The Bungalow’s isn’t a fit community for my mother. She has dementia. Though she’s in her fourth year of diagnosis the day will come she’ll need the care The Bungalow’s can’t offer. As some may know this disease is still a mystery as to the day my mother will need the care of medical facility. It may be 5 more years or it may only be one. It truly saddens me due to her condition it’s not in her best interest to place her in such a divine place with not knowing when she may have to be moved, again. If you’re looking for alternative living for a dear loved one my recommendation is definitely “The Bungalow’s”. Schedule a tour. I definitely know you’ll be as amazed as me.

The Bungalows of Jonesboro has been a wonderful place for my mother. A year ago this January my brother and I moved our parents into The Bungalows. My Dad passed in June unexpectedly and the staff rallied around my mom. Their love and care went above and beyond. I’m so very thankful for this wonderful place. The activities, food, staff and residents here are amazing.

The Bungalows are very warm and welcoming. The staff is exceptional especially Belinda. She made my Mother's move seamless. Belinda goes out of her way to help the residents feel at home. The rooms are large and many of the rooms have a patio. My Mother enjoys sitting outside. I highly recommend the Bungalows!

My mom has been here since December 2022.. She has had several hospital stays and the Bungalows have been really helpful during that time and called us whenever they thought she needed medical care. The food is great there . They also have several choices of activities daily as well as outings. The apartments are really nice and we feel very comfortable with our mom being there. They have a great staff And they are all very friendly and helpful.
