Grandma has been here for about 6 months and I haven’t had one bad experience. Anytime things weren’t going perfectly, I have been communicated with and we have been able to make it better. I thank each and every one of the staff for being so awesome!

We were so worried that mom would be upset about us putting her in assisted living, but she wasn’t. She was so happy with her new home and everyone couldn’t be more nice. I feel she is well taken care of thank you to Kim and all the staff.

Charter Senior Living is a beautiful facility. The staff are always very helpful. Everyone is v ery welcoming. My mother moved in only 2 days ago, and from the start, loves it there! Attached are 2 pictures of the wonderful red carpet welcome Charter gave her. She loved it!
