We had a lovely visit with relatives at Charter Senior Living of Pekin, IL. Our aunt was able to arrange a nice Christmas gathering for us in one of their community/activity rooms. The establishment was clean and very well taken care of, but the biggest testament to the quality of this place was the feedback we heard from our Aunt. She had nothing but great things to say about the staff, who according to her are the best part of living at Charter. I know this place is doing something right because our Aunt is particular and Charter meets and exceeds her expectations. Thank you Charter for doing such a great job of taking care of our loved ones. ❤️👏

The staff at Charter do so much to make this a wonderful place! The Valentine’s celebration for residents and families was another great event with wonderful music, great food, and the best people! Thank you to the staff for all you do to make this an exceptional place!

My dad has been in a nursing home for the last 5 months. He had medical issues that are still on going. He did not need the nursing home at this point but still needed assistance. Kim at Charter came to see him and me about transition to the assisted living there. I took a tour of the facility and was amazed. The facility was excellent and the staff I meet was amazing. I took my father who is 92 to charter and he was very excited in moving there. We moved him in to Charter. The transition went very smooth. Kim and the staff helped me every step of the transition to Charter. And it does not stop there. The care I am sure he will get will be excellent. It has taken a lot of stress out of my life. I recommend Charter senoir living of Pekin to everyone. Thank you Kim and staff.
