The Bungalows of Springdale exemplifies excellent quality of care in all aspects. Mom has resided for over a year and feels comfortable and safe at home with the staff and residents. The transition of moving mom from state to state was eased by the knowledge and support of Paula and staff. Paula has an open-door policy which has been utilized and appreciated. There is a monthly schedule of engaging activities allowing resident interaction and entertainment. Family members are encouraged to participate in activities. We visit on different days and times and are always greeted with huge hellos, smiles, and waves. The staff is very attentive to the residents’ needs and communicate regularly with family. We visited 8 assisted living facilities and chose The Bungalows of Springdale. We are so grateful to be a part of their family.

I am absolutely furious with the conditions at The Bungalows at Springdale, especially regarding the food and the executive director. FOOD QUALITY: A family friend of mine lives there, and what I’ve seen is completely unacceptable. The food they’re being served looks awful the soup, in particular, looked like something that should have been thrown out days ago. It was discolored, watery, and honestly made me sick to my stomach just looking at it. No one should have to eat that, especially elderly residents who depend on this place for proper care. Paula — the executive director is extremely unprofessional. She’s rude, dismissive, and she doesn’t care about the residents or their families. It’s shocking that someone like her is allowed to keep working there. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’m genuinely disgusted by how poorly things are being handled. Corporate management seriously needs to take a look at the director of the building and food quality because this is not what families are paying for. Paula needs to be held accountable or removed entirely — the residents deserve much better.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Bungalows at Springdale, where my dear mom transitioned seamlessly from their assisted living program to the specialized memory care unit. From the moment we made the move, the entire team demonstrated an unparalleled level of compassion, expertise, and dedication that truly made all the difference during what could have been a challenging time. Having been a resident in the assisted living side, Mom was already familiar with the warm, welcoming environment, but the memory care facility elevated that care to an even higher standard. The staff tailored every aspect of her daily routine to support her cognitive needs, incorporating engaging activities. The facility itself is impeccably maintained-spacious rooms with natural light, beautiful gardens for peaceful walks, and secure yet inviting common areas that feel more like a cozy home than a facility. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible leadership and team, led by Executive Director Paula Moore. Paula's hands-on approach and genuine passion for senior care shine through in every interaction. She personally took the time to meet with our family, address our concerns, and ensure Mom's transition was smooth and stress-free. Under her guidance, the caregivers are not just skilled professionals but empathetic companions who treat residents like family. Their attentiveness to Mom's preferences makes her feel valued and loved every single day. If you're searching for an assisted living or memory care facility that combines top-notch medical support with heartfelt humanity, look no further than The Bungalows at Springdale. Thanks to Paula Moore and her exceptional team, Mom thrives there, and our family found peace of mind knowing she was in the best possible hands. Five stars aren't enough-l'd give them ten! Highly recommended for anyone navigating the journey of memory care.

My review would be -5 stars . My dear friend has been living in the bungalows for over two years now. I visit him several times a week. It’s not like I just go in every once in a while and everything seems like peaches and cream. You guys that have ranked them five stars obviously do not have a clue of what’s going on (Because you’re not there very often) or it’s gotta be an employee writing the review or Paula’s sister. At the Thanksgiving Day meal last year, Paula took her phone around and had people review the bungalows with a QR code. Mini ranked it good because the food was better than it ever has been, but those people don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes because they don’t show up every day. Paula shrugs off responsibility and is not good communicating with staff or anyone else. All of the staff I have talked to and I know many of them who do not like her. The caregivers are nice, but I’m just talking about how the place is being run. Paula told me she sent the nurse home one day because the Internet was down. Isn’t the nurse there for the patients? if the nurse needs the Internet why can’t she work at home? That was the dumbest thing ever to say. We went out of our way to get the Internet working by calling Cox ourselves. Nine out of 10 times that we get back from going to lunch or running errands the offices are usually closed by 3:30. The doors are closed and the lights are off. If I were a helper there, I would find another job. The morale is in the toilet. Paula doesn’t know how to deal with other people.

My dad has been a resident of The Bungalows at Springdale for about two years now. The first year he was in level 1 care, and received great care. For the last eight months he has been in level 2 care due to his increasing needs. There he receives even better care! My wife, Shirley, and I are incredibly happy with the care, attention, and affection shown to my dad. We are always surprised and pleased that, it seems, all of the staff know who he is and call out to him as we walk through the building. He is always telling us what good care they give him. He is happy and content. The staff at The Bungalows is kind, compassionate, and friendly. We visit several times a week to see my dad and always have a positive impression. If my dad's condition would allow it, we would have him living at home with us. We are thankful for, and truly appreciate The Bungalows and the staff there. It takes special people to provide the patient, compassionate, care they give to their residents.
